What I do
One driver, one car, one phone number. You know who is picking you up before you land.
Larnaca or Paphos, in both directions, at any hour. I follow your flight number and wait at no extra cost if you land late.
Nicosia to Limassol, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Troodos, Paphos — or the same trip in reverse. Doorstep to doorstep, no changes.
A half day in the Troodos villages, Kourion and the coast, Lefkara lace, or a route you design yourself. Priced on request, per the day you want.
A night out with a safe way home, an early hospital appointment, or a parcel that has to reach the other side of the island today.
How booking works
WhatsApp, Telegram, a phone call, or the form below. Give the date, the time, the two addresses and your flight number if you have one.
I reply myself, usually within minutes, with an estimate for the whole car worked out from the official tariff. No deposit, no prepayment, nothing to sign.
At the airport I wait in arrivals with your name and follow the flight if it is late. You pay at the end of the ride, on the meter, and you can ask for a receipt.
Typical fares from Nicosia
The figures below are estimates for the whole car — up to 4 passengers, luggage included — worked out from the official tariff. The meter runs on every trip and sets the fare you actually pay, as Cypriot law requires.
Cypriot law sets taxi tariffs and requires every taxi to run a certified meter and give a receipt on request. Every figure on this page is an estimate calculated from that official tariff — the meter sets the fare you pay.
Anywhere not on this list — including tours and trips that do not start in Nicosia — is estimated on request, usually within a few minutes on WhatsApp. Public holidays carry a small supplement. A 5th or 6th passenger needs a larger vehicle, which I arrange with a colleague.
Estimate any trip
Cyprus taxi fares are set by law and every taxi runs a certified meter. Type your pick-up and drop-off address: the real road distance is worked out and the official tariff applied, so you know roughly what to expect before you travel.
This is an estimate. The meter on board sets the fare you pay, as Cypriot law requires.
The car, honestly
Not the newest taxi on the island, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. It is a black W211 facelift saloon, kept the way a car has to be kept when it is your living.
Most of the people in the back seat are parents with tired children after a four-hour flight. So: a child seat or booster if you tell me the age in advance, no smoking in the car ever, bottled water on long transfers, and a driver who takes the roundabouts as if my own grandchildren were in the back.
The driver
"You are not calling an app. You are calling me, and I am the one who turns up."
I have driven Cypriot roads for most of my working life. I know the shortcuts around the Nicosia ring road at six in the morning, which lane at Larnaca arrivals actually moves, and which village taverna is still open when everything else has closed.
I drive by day and, when the island goes quiet, by night. One number reaches me directly — no call centre, no dispatcher, no third party taking a cut of your fare.
Three things matter to me more than anything else: being on time, treating every passenger with respect, and getting them to their destination safely. Everything else comes after that.
Book a ride
Fill this in and it opens WhatsApp with your trip already written out. I reply with an estimate, usually within minutes. Nothing is charged online.
No account, no prepayment, no booking fee. You pay me at the end of the ride.
Before you book
Cash, card or Revolut — whichever suits you. Nothing is prepaid and nothing is charged online: you pay at the end of the ride, once you are where you wanted to be.
Give your flight number when you book. I check the arrival time before I leave and wait at no extra cost. Waiting for a delayed flight is not charged to you.
Per car. One person or four, the fare is the same, and luggage is included.
The E-Class carries four. Tell me how many you are and I arrange a minivan with a colleague I trust, estimated before you commit.
Yes — a supermarket, a viewpoint, a coffee. Mention it when booking so it is built into the estimate rather than a surprise at the end.
It depends on the route and the hours, so it is estimated on request. Tell me what you want to see — Troodos monasteries, Lefkara, the Kourion coast, the Akamas side of the island — and I build the day around it.
I am based in Nicosia and drive anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus, in either direction: to Nicosia from any town, or from Nicosia to any town.
